beautiful photos, Steve! what strikes me is how different the mountains are there, to here in BC. that bare rock would make me feel very lonely. but i'm sure that certain trains of thought must be facilitated by being in such desolate country. i can't wait to hear stories.

and on a totally shallow note: you've lost weight. no need to worry about paunch anymore. ;)

I can hardly justify not going back with you next year. Looks mighty wild, friend. Don't the mountains make you feel like a boy among giants? That's always the phrase impressed on me on trips.

I'm proud of you mate. Great adventure.

I hope the reintegration to Canada isn't too painful. Returns home are always a time for reflection... Some quality steve time :)
